Home brew BIOSes

Is there any individual or group that is or will be producing a home-brew BIOS for use in ePSXe or other emulators?

PCSX team and its internal HLE BIOS is a good example, but I doubt if it can be ported to the other emus.

Yep ,that internal bios thingy is exclusive to pcsx right now. Might be a good idea for further developments in an almost complete emu like epsxe.
