Question Megaman X5 Fails in VGS 1.41?

Ok, I'm using VGS 1.41, games.txt 1.40 and VGSVideoPatchXP 1.2 to make it run in Win2K...

Then I put in my Megaman X5 cd and starts the emulator...

All is working perfectly, I play the first level to get to the headquarters and get the abillity to choose boss to play with...
I choose my charater and the armor for him, the screen shows the flashy intro for the boss and then *BOOM* just a black screen...

Where did the "loading" screen go? And why isn't the game going any further?
Does someone know if there's a patch or anything to make it go further?

I dont know if it's PAL, US, UK, JAP, NTSC or any other version of the game...

It works on epsxe but slow due to my computer and it works on a psx with multix with no problems....

Please help me
