VGS and Resident Evil 2 (DualShock version)
Yo!
I'm playing Resident Evil 2 (DualShock version) Claire Disc, and I have arrived to the factory. When I go to the east area, I pick up the fuse (using the fuse case), and when I try to leave the east area by using the door that leads to the core, emulation hangs in the door opening animation. Anyone else has this proble and/or knows how to fix it? Thanks, Boogerman

Thanks. I saw that, however it doesn't work for me. Maybe it is because mine is the DualShock version (there are two versions of the game). In the compatibility list they don't say wich version they are talking about. Note that ePSXe works flawlessly for other games.

This happened to me once, too. My cd uas a pirated copy. Maybe yours is too? BTW, the only way I find to pass that part was using EPSXE.
![]() BTW again, the dual shock vesion works in epsxe.

I finally got it to work in ePSXe. I just had to disable sound.
I tried the internal SPU core and the latest pete DSound plugin but none worked. So I disabled sound and the game came up...
