arjay, I suggest you read the rules again.. You specifically stated a "friend" gave you a backup.. If you did have an original cd, you should've stated that somewhere in the first post..

He got a copy of a psx game from a friend and he doesn't have an original psx cd of said game.. Hence, he got it for free without buying it..

Or doesn't understand them. Sometimes these things are difficult to understand. There's a fine line between warez and backup, especially in the emulation scene (BIOS, ROMs, etc.)

but sometimes the first mistake is the last, i mean distrubed got banned, so as other guy such as 99, and 9999

well that depend on the degree of what they did... some got ban immediately because of there inquiry of ROMS, BIOS, etc...

and it all depend on the mod and admin to what to do, either to give a warning or ban...

you can never get banned immediately, i seem someone posts rom require twice and still didn't get banned. Its all depending on the mood of mods. I think Razeil and Bobbi does the banning part.

I have to correct you on most of that. Yes you can get banned immediately if we feel that such an action is waranted (as stated in the rules). Anyone with 10 stars has access to the board control panel, and hence can ban members.
