PSXmem tool doesnt work

Hey there
I downloaded the latest version of PSXmemtool by Uncle Clive and it keeps displaying this error message everytime i try running it.

Specs:
Windows XP home edition Service release 1
256 RAM
AMD Athlon Xp 1800+
( I dont think this is neccessary, but i also got a Geforce II 100/200MX card)

PBVM60.DLL? =P
weird, but maybe it needs the Visual Basic 6 runtime.

possibly, if i can only tell what is the PBVM60.DLL from. Note that i tried this program on the terminal i am using right now, on my PC and on my friend's computer, but still same error occuring
