ps-x-change pvc card

does anyone know the significance behind the ps-x-change pvc card? i don't actually own this product but i was curious how this little card thing worked. it looks like a tiny piece of paper you simply insert into the eject slot... doesn't seem to do much good... i hope i haven't broken any rules by asking this...

We did some searching and found the pvc card as a bypass for the new PSone for disk swapping. It is used with the ps-xchanger CD to bypass the PSone's copyright protection. We will give you no more information
