changing discs in vgs...

Anyone know how to change discs with vgs. I'm at the end of disc 1 of Arc the lad 3. After the fmv it asked me to insert disc 2. The save point is before the fmv not after the fmv so i can't just reset with with disc 2. Anyone know how?

Just enter the second disc into the drive when it asks for it.

nevermind...i search here in the forums and everybody is having problems with it even with epsxe

i know with chrono cross on vgs/winME combo... all i did was pop in the second cd.... game will resume automatically

hey long time no see......

btw vgs can detect cd like the real psx but what happen to you maybe a bug yeah better wait for epsxe fix or maybe some vgs game text or patch

i think he wanted to reset vgs to put in disc 2... but just pop in the disc

uh for vgs, u do just take out disc 1 n pop in disc 2. worked for me on every game!

I'm very concern about your problem. I'm starting to play Arc The Lad Collection right now. I'd would tell you any progress about the problem when I make it to the end of ATLad3 disc 1.

guys , your pethatic,..there is a nice , lovely option in Epsxe v1.5.2 called "change Disc " which alows you to change discs during the game. file>change disc

thanks for your point,..someone DID metion epsxe in this thread, anyway,.........VGS has no support for change disc option like in epsxe,.....when you are asked to change disc in the game, just insert the game cd and press x OR pause the game and insert the new cd,................cant think of other ways....

Let us refer back to the main specific problem. The problem is about a specific game called Arc The Lad Collection. I've tested it using VGS 1.41, and there is a problem when changing disc in Arc The Lad 3. Now, I've also tested it using ePSXe 1.52 (using the change disc option), and even Bleem! 1.5, but the problem remain. So, I hope somebody would come out with the solution.
