Little Help Please

First time setting up a ps emu, I'm more used to playing SNES games, and I had a PS last semester to play my final fantasy's on but my roommate left. I had originally intended to play them on emu, but never got around to it since he brought his PS in at the same time.

Now, I'm on a comp at my grandfather's and I need some help, I want to play Legend of Dragoon, but I cant get an emu to work on his system. Let me run down what he has.

63-64 megs of ram
An Intel 82810 graphics acceleration card
32 bit file system and virtual memory
At least a pentium two processor, this was a comp bought a couple years ago
I'm not sure what kind of soundcard I'm sure I could find out if it were important after I do my yardwork for awhile.

Anyways, could someone tell me if there's an emu that will work and what plugins are needed? Buying this and not being able to play it is driving me nuts. If I have to wait until I get my tricked out comp with a pent III processor, voodoo 3 card and sound blaster card, half gig of ram, I guess I can...

Hmmm. VGS might work, but you'd have to buy that.
ePSXe... It really depends on how fast the processor actualy is.
What you will need:
ePSXe 1.5.2 itself, obviously
a BIOS image 7502 is reccomended for that game. Don't ask where to get them, as I can't tell you.
PEOPs Soft GPU (Will work for sure, but no enhancements, and probs slower than a hardware one)
Pete's D3D GPU (Probs work better than others on an Intel graphics card)
Xeven's CDR Plugin.
Set up? all of them should be self explanatory apart form the GPU plugins, but they have quick configs (fast and nice)
