PocketStation

I'm not sure if this is where this should go, but, does anyone know if the emu pkemu plays Legend of Dragoon files, and if not, are the Epsxe developers considering emulating this feature?

Well... if they supported memory card plugins it would be doable. The only other way I can think of supporting the pocket station is through file mirroring however this won't allow the pocket station to be recognized. Perhaps a memory card plugin would be the best however them making one isn't likely to happen.

Unhappy

I don't know if it does. I've been told that it won't do Chocobo World from FF VIII so I am not sure if it would do Legend of Dragoon files either. It is hard to find as well because, as rei_fox correctly stated, it has been discontinued.
Lastly, AFIK the ePSXe team has no plans to emulate the Pocket Station. At least not at the present time.
sincerely,

Well.. they don't have to make a pocket station emulator, but the option to have something that handles memory card access (aka a plugin) other than the standard ePSXe interface (built in plugin? )
Fortunately the pocket station is relatively simple. 32x32 pixel grid and that is just 128 bytes of RAM inside the ARM7TDMI processor. I believe it uses it's own SPI port for handling the data transfer and such. So the real thing is finding pocket station emulation sites that still exist and putting it together. Granted a pocketstation emulator isn't too exciting however a plugin for the cards is a bit more interesting I think, it would allow DEX drive emulation compatibility with multiple formats. In game editing of saves.. a number of interesting things.

Just want to add

A Memcard plugin interface would be a very nice addition to this allmost perfect emu. It would allow developers to provide plugins with different flavers such as:
DirectPAD Pro design spec-interface
"Exploded" memory cards that have each block as a sepeate file

The possibilities are endless..
