What are PPF files and how to use them?

Hi, I was wondering about PPF files and how to use them. and if it applies, patching an ISO. thanks

PPF files are patches for PSX games, usually they remove a cd protection that prevent us from playing the games from emus. You can load the patch directly when you start a game from the cd, or you can patch an ISO also if you want to.
