unpatching, is it possible

i hope this is a legal question, but i was wonder if its possible to unpatch a patched file. if no than just say so, and if there's a possibility than suggestions are helpful, if this is not to be asked, than sorry. thanks.

u mean a patched ISO? yes, it is... but u must have the right tools

I see one problem with unpatching: Unpatching is technically the same as patching: some part of the file is modified. Problem is, to unpatch, you need the original contents of the patched part of the file; but this original content is copyrighted, since it is a part of the original ISO.
