Thumbs down Great Customer Support from Lik-Sang

I recently bought an adapter from there. The product price was nice, but shipping costs were outrageous. But that's not the worst part:

I bought a lightgun from act-labs last year for quite a lot of money. It connects to the gameport.....and it is discontinued now; act-labs will release an usb gun that has compatibility that I hoped the gun I bought would have

there's good news though...I think the new gun will work with epsxe (time crisis, point blank) because it seems to be a lot like mouse emulation. (you can enable this with the command line option -gun in epsxe). There are also two light gun models available at lik-sang (oops) that perhaps can do the same.
Might be interesting, allthough I'm cautious; I dont wanna buy a gun with zero support again....

I'm not sure which adapter you're using there, but mine works just fine under WinXP after playing around a bit with it ... which are you exactly using ?

bobbi, i am using the blaze adapter that was feautured on this website and recieved a 9/10 rating. If this is the adapter you are using, could u tell me how you got it working. I've been trying for a long time. It's a parallel port connection.

edit: Part of my problem is discussed in this thread: http://www.ngemu.com/forums/showthre...threadid=16393 but i still haven't found a good way to approach the problem.
