Pblem Track And Field 2

Hi
I have a Pblem With Track And Field 2. It Works Correctly but it's too fast. How can i make it slowlier like "Use FPS Limit" with Pete's Plugins for Expse ? I use Bleem 1.5B

there a program that lets u set the frame rate for any program, don't recall the name now......

The earlier versions of Bleem had a framelock, I think it was dropped for some reason in 1.5
