Locks Up?
How come VGS 1.4 Locks up randomly when I press escape?

What videocard do you have? That's a known problem with 3Dfx cards, but it might happen with some others as well. It's mostly a driver issue.

you should not enable high resolution mdecs, disable, there, no more lockups...
