Need Help w/FPSE Plugins

I do not know what I am doing. I loaded some stuff, and then when I ran the FPSE program, it kpet printing out 'could not read...' on the DOS screen, line after line.

So, what plugins do you guys use? Where am I even supposed to place them?

Use PSEmuPro/ePSXe plugins

I think that you have activated "Enable BIOS emulation" check...
Disable it and use a BIOS image...
