Has anyone got a copy of bleem to run on XP (IN NEED OF IT BIG TIME)????????

Or if not a EMU that works on XP apart from ePSXe.....

No offense but you have more chance of spotting elvis presley crash land a UFO on top of the loch ness monster than you have of getting Bleem to run under XP.

This is because Bleem uses an old win9x bug to read from the disk.

Every other psx emulator for windows (except VGS) listed on this site will run on XP.

Why not epsxe? Your system should run great with it..

um... he's right, i saw him crash land a UFO on top of the loch ness monster a few days ago, and i still can't get Bleem to work under XP.

[Why not epsxe? Your system should run great with it..]

Cool

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't even think bleem, at least 1.5/a/b, can run on a platform other than win98(SE maybe), not even winme. It's pointless, consider XP is just win2k+.

Use Epsxe!!!! It's the best outside
Bleem could be the best...but the stuff minds thought about money (my opinion guys!) and not about their emulator...viceversa epsxe stuff(and others of course) thought only to make a (very very) good (FREE) emulator!!!
Thanx again to epsxe stuff and all the people works around this project!!!

I used bleem! under WinME as well and it works perfectly. But then I installed XP and wondered why it doesn´t work. By the way where can I get epsxe, and does it work with cool games like Chrono Cross or Ehrgeiz, too?

bleem is already a shadow of the past... no point in going back to it. ePSXe is on the top of the list period.

Without starting a rip session on Bleem. I think Shiori put it best in a previous thread; "Bleem has it place in PSX emulation history, lets not bash it just because its dead."

Key-word: History

If it where not for Bleem and VGS i dont think psx emulation would be where it is at today.

Just keeping things in prespective.

Sorry, but at the same time Bleem! and VGS appeared,PsEmu Pro was also available, and it's the one that started it all,I mean,ePSXe/AdriPSX/FPSë and such owe(sp?) everything to it,Bleem! has only made the scene popular,it didn't help development,PsEmu Pro did.

PSEmu Pro is still alive in a form. All the plugins we use today were made for the system that PSMeu Pro pioneered
