Download the main emu, download the plugins, put 'em in the plugins folder, configure it.

How to play PS game on PC?

Ans: - Download the Emus (ex. ePSXe, AdriPSX, PSinex, etc.)
- Download the bios (try searching on google.com)
- Download the plugin (maybe you don't have to if you
download the exe)
- Extract/Install the Emus
- Extract the bios to Bios folder inside the Emus folder
- Extract/Install the plugins
- Run the Emus
- Configure it
- Sit back and Run the Emus.

Ciao ^_^

and if you encounter any problem with any game... look for it in the forum(use the search option) or if you cannot find a suitable solution, post it... and let the others help you out
