pass divine tree in dragoon with fpse 0.09!

Finally we can complete the game legend of dragoon, thanks to fpse! I can just load the save file in epsxe and save after the tree.

However I think that the newer fpse is a bit slower, at least on my computer I can see the speed difference with epsxe, when I use the same GPU and no sound for fpse. Of course I'm only 300A not like pple who got 1.3G so those with high speed should use fpse. For now, I'll use epsxe till I get a faster computer...
