Unhappy Metal Gear Solid with FPSE

I have no sound at all and the game crashes after I try to start a new game...

You must use Pete SPUMidas plugin with "Enable IRQ" option activated in order to play MGS with FPSE.

Question

Ok, the game is now working but the sounds are awful.

Is there a way to make the sound better and to be synchronised with the video ?

try the slider and fpse cache, put to 500 or less the volume that would patch it (not correct, just patch)
