FPSE 0.09 Graphics Glitches

Has anyone else tried running GT2 on FPSE? I am using Pete's D3D plugin 1.5 and get major graphics glitches during races. This also happens with Tony Hawks 2.

I have tried every other plugin I know of, but they all have this glitch.

It's not a plugin fault, but an emulation bug. And speciffically in the GTE part (3D Graphics). There are few games that have the same problem.
