not start

each time i try to run vgs it shows an error saying: "an error occurred during initialization of cvgs, pleaese try quitting any other application, restart your computer and then re-launch cvgs"
any idea ?

What are your specs? Also, did you try what it said which is restart your computer? Maybe some program was preventing VGS to run.
