How do I open .gme files?

Hi all,

I got a couple of Digimon World 2 saves from here:

Digimon World 2 Save Game Files for PlayStation - GameFAQs

I was wondering if I had to buy anything in order to open these files with an emulator (like ePSXe) on my computer, or if I can do it totally for free? I downloaded DexPlorer but it doesn't seem to do much of anything, and PSXMemTool doesn't work.

EDIT: Never mind, sorry; I figured it out. Didn't know I could load .gme files as memory cards on ePSXe.
