Any other fans of the SCPH-110? (PSOne controller)
This is a really nerdy thread I know...but most people out there use the SCPH-1200, the standard Dual Shock. I prefer the SPCH-110, also known as the PSone controller; it has firmer analog sticks; a more raised, firmer Dpad; cute connector and maybe a different length cord (not sure); and it came in cool colors (transparent blue here). I don't even have a PSone (yet), but I still like the controller. Any other fans out there?

Well since its re-opened lol. i figured i would give feedback as i missed the first post lol. I am in agreeance on the controller, the stiffer analog sticks are much better, not really sure what was meant by the "cute connector" though

The original Playstation one is actually pretty cool. Nice and light with the tiny L2 and R2 buttons. We're talking about the PSOne controller though, this one: ![]() Quote:

I have that controller. It's the light Gray one (it looks almost White like the one in that picture though). I can't even remember where I got it (since I never had a PS1, just the PSX), but it's been my favorite Sony controller, actually, my favorite controller period, since. It's a shame the X button and one of the D-Pad buttons need pressed so hard that it's not practical for use anymore. I was going to open it up and replace the plastic things behind the buttons with ones from the original controller, but the screws won't turn, and since I got two Logitech Dual Shock controllers now and use them (as opposed to a converter), I just let it go. I hardly ever play my PSX much anymore. That was my favorite controller though.
