Extract sound from PPF

First of sorry is the thread is not for here but I have no idea where else to post this question.

I've downloaded some ppf patches(trainers)for some of my games and on one of them there is one song that I liked and now the question is how to extract that song.Of course the easiest way is to record the song while is running and after that edit it since the song is repeating but I just want to know if there is a way to extract the songs of those files

BTW the cheats that those trainers contains are really easy to make but I just wanted to try and see how patches work in ePSXe if they are not integrated into the game.
