you are talking about a real ps1 here or an emulator?

If I remember correctly the game jumps back and forth between 4 discs. So yeah you may be putting in the wrong disc, try the other two.

it says to insert cd 1 and i burned cd 1 with dvd dycripter. even if i start DISK 1 by itself with disk swapping it doesnt load the disk. but i put in fear effect one disk 1 in and started to show the edios thing and the right in the middle of the movie i swith disk to my back up copy of retro helix and it starts showing video scenes of cd 2 when i burned cd 1. and i know it is cd 1 because i used epsxe and it played the cd correctly. thats how i knew it was cd 1. so what should i do? i want to play this bad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Using dvd decryptor to backup ps1 games is not advisable.

Have you not read any of the psx backup guides, on the net?

some games have a subchannel with data required to boot the game.
the ISO format is an archive format and doesn't contain the Subchannel data.
