polygon behaviour

i've noticed that when using epsxe or pSX on my pc, polygons seem to wobble slightly as if under warter, or a flag blowing in the breeze...
is this a limitation of emulation or is it just happening to me? perhaps it was always there? it's been a while since i used a real psx...

it's mainly walls, ceilings and outdoor buildings. games with prerendered backgrounds like final fantasies or resident evil are fine obviously.

i'm using geforce gtx 260 (same thing happened with 8800gtx)
windows xp SP3

It's a limitation on the real PSX wich lacks z-buffer and subpixel precision.
It wasn't that noticeable due to the low resolution and TVs.
