Change Ps1 PAL games to full screen PAL??(without black borders)

Hi there!
I wanted to know if there is a way to change the video mode of PAL games so that the game video is at full screen for those games that have black borders(like FF or Tekken for example)
I'm not talking about emulation but to use the game in a real Playstation console.
Obviously I can convert the game to NTSC but I don't want that. I want to keep the game to PAL mode, is there a way?
