Do any XA creation/conversion tools exist?
As in "convert an existing WAV to an XA file" or "create a new XA file from scratch".
There appear to be tools for STR creation, but I'm stumped if I can find any that'll basically let me make my own XA files for PSX consumption. Any suggestions? EDIT: In fact, I wish I could also find a site that told me everything I need to know about how XA audio works in a PSX sense. I'd love to be able to, say, decide which subsongs out of a large single XA file to rip or to keep, rather than just dummying the whole file. I've tried looking at XAs through a hex-editor but it's still awfully tricky. Last edited by wibble1; July 20th, 2008 at 14:27. |
