There is such a thing, although i believe it's only for the mac version. It's somewhere in the ngemu downloads.

Visit www.aldostools.com You should be able to find them in VGS/Memcard tools section. Last edited by zero0w; January 16th, 2002 at 16:33.. |

There is a japanese SaveState tool for the Macintosh version of VGS. Darko Matesic was working in such tool for Windows version, but it crashed VGS (and sometimes Windows) 90% of the time. And the save state was not accurate, so it was never released. There is a work around, using the save state feature of Connectix Virtual PC. This trick works in Windows ME, 2000 and XP. Install Windows 95 or 98 in a virtual machine of VPC, run VGS from there. Just close the VPC window and a save state is done. The save state is stored in 2000/XP in the directory: C:\Documents and Settings\YourCurrentUser\Application Data\Connectix\Virtual PC\VirtualMachineName.vsv example: C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application Data\Connectix\Virtual PC\Win95.vsv In Windows ME, it is stored in: C:\Windows\Application Data\Connectix\Virtual PC\ Last edited by aldo; January 19th, 2002 at 02:54.. |

I guess it's really not worth the hassle then. It was just to prove it can be done.
