fpse and adripsx as well. Don't really know about pcsx and psinex, haven't used them lately.

FPSE is still quite good.
If you have problems with a game you can do the same that you can do in in ePSXe (apply a cd patch/crack or apply a PEC code).
Anyway is up to you to try.
