FF8 Prob

On ff8 disc 4 right as i beat ultimecia for the first time and she says "The Ultimate GF Griever" well when griever is rising from the ground Vgs just goes to windows! The same thing happens on Bleem 1.5b and i cant even get it to run on EPSXE. I think its a disc problem. It is an original disc but i just wanted to know if anyones had this problem and how to fix it if you can.

I had the same prob, but after i used "Psytek FF9 fix 5 patch" AND games.txt, this prob gone.
