PEC on Windows XP

Okay I'm going to straight to the problem. I launch PEC with the codes that I want to use and then an error pops up and says something about a Libary Error 2. Anyone else that is using Xp getting that error? PEC ran fine on Windows ME...^-^

PEC runs fine for me.

At least version 1.4, that is.
