Assuming that you are talking only about psx emus, I would say 30%. Everytime I get a new game, I test every emu to see how well it works, and when I really want to play, I choose the one that runs best. Usually it goes to ePSXe.

60% I voted for (may be higher). Thats because I really love to test my games on different emulators.

Damn, I thought you meant other emulators in general (like Zsnes) Is there any way to change the poll answer?

For me it WAS: 60% = VGS 40% = snes9x ![]() But now that I'm on XP, i guess it's now: 50% = ePSXe (1.5 )25% Visual Boy 25% snes9x

for psx emus, i use 50/50 on vgs and epsxe. as for other emulators i most of the time after the psx ones use Gens for megadrive ,zsnes and sometimes snes9x for snes. i even use meka to play my old master system 2 games! (has anyone tried super street fighter 2 on an actual megadrive? the graphics look way better than on the snes but the sound is terrible! |

hmmm
We also test games under different PSX emulators to see what works best... In some cases we found FPSE to run a few games better then EPSXE....ADRIPSX and PSinex have also worked well for us....Bleem is just our standby.....all in all we go to a specific emulator with a specific game.....

I think ePSXe is the best PSX emulator, so there's no reasons to use other emus...But sometimes Ive using VGS 'cause it is more faster and supports some games that are not supported by ePSXe (for example my lovely Vandal Hearts II). So... 20% VGS and 80% ePSXe. P.S. and ePSXe still doesn't work with PE2.... Its terrible. ![]() And about other emu's Adripsx - has a whole bunch of bugs...FPSE- is slow like the turtle, Bleem- ....without any comments...P.P.S. And of course the best SNES emu is Zsnes, MD - genesyst.

Hello everyone. If it's about PSX emulators, I'd say fifty-fifty, either ePSXe or VGS. I'd choose an emulator with the highest compatibility with certain games when I play. |
