FMVTool Source Release

As someone noted in a PM, I said I would release the sources someday.
I wanted to convert the code to C++ first, so it was easier to use and port, but I always seem to have other things to do instead. So seeing as neither a new version, or a C++ port are gonna happen in the near future, I decided to give the VB6 sources to the public, so anyone can play with them.

You can consider this public domain, so no restrictions apply, but if you use this code, I will be happy to have credit for it.

I also included the source code of the Reader.dll lib, in case anyone needs to update it.

For anyone interested, there's a mirc script which converts "/me 's" into " * nickname's whatever" and adds a nice "/my" command.
