PS2 Extraction via the Network Adapter

Is it possible to obtain the PS2-BIOS via the Network adapter?
Its connected directly to my LAN, so its the only way I could think of to get my own BIOS for testing these two emulators...

Please remember not to post links to BIOS files here....
Although email is not under the same restriction

AFAIK, no. Ppl using Naplink and usb cable to extract the bios, not Network Adapter. NA usually used to work with HDD right ?

Re: PS2 Extraction via the Network Adapter

Well the NA that I have, does have the usual power and I/O ports on it that a regular PC uses. I don't have a harddrive in my PS2 though.
Nevermind... I managed to get ahold of a 4mb SCPH10000 bios... but I only get a black screen in the emulator... nevermind, I'll wait till the next release

500mb would be a tad large for a bios.

Re: PS2 Extraction via the Network Adapter

Perhaps what he meant is PSX bios, 512KB . Lol, 500MB would be lag on internet connections .

Re: PS2 Extraction via the Network Adapter

Still, it's not the real BIOS. The real one have 4MB and 512KB for PSX. Thats all.
