Need your help hacking Captain Tsubasa PS2

Hi, I need a help in hacking Captain Tsubasa PS2
I'm willing to pay 100$ for anyone help me to do that (this is all what I can pay)...
I already knew how to edit the intro movie, and reached the background musics and palyers' voices.
but I still need the following:
1-Changing other sound effects, such as the sound appear when you score, when two players encounter each other and special shots' sound effects ...etc)
2-Changing the players texture (faces, thier shirts ...etc)

by the way, I forgot to say that I only need to play it on PCSX2 emulator...
