Well first of you need to download the save for the version of the game you have and second depending on how will you put the save to your memory card you must download the correct format.

What do you have...modchip,swap magic,codebreaker,action replay or what?

Then you must have CodeBreaker,USB Flash Drive/MP3 Player/or something else of this type,and download the CodeBreaker save for Narutimate Accel 2.

1.Extract the save from the archive and put it into your USB Flash Drive/MP3 Player/or something else of this type and connect it to your PS2
2.Run your CodeBreaker and go to Device Manager and copy the save from your USB device to your memory card

Yes,just extract the archive and there you'll find a pcsx2 memory card like the one in your pcsx2 directory=>memcards...just select the card by starting pcsx2 and go to Config=>Memcards=>Select Mcd
