N64 ROM Hacker

I am remaking Mortal Kombat Trilogy as an online multiplayer flash game. I want to rip all the extra stuff from the N64 version, like Khameleon, the 24 treasures, and the boss fatalities. Do any of you know a utility I can use to look into the internal data of the N64 ROM?
