How do I use GoodWindows and Goodn64

I have NO idea how to use this program. I went to Good Tool Mode and chose n64 from drop down menu and clicked generate. This program is not in the same directory as my roms. On the Directory to work on, this part is pointing to my directory with the roms. I don't know where to go from there. Please help. heh

I use romcenter to check my roms, I used the good tools romcenter dat file for checking my n64 games.

when you had choosed a system goodwindows will ask for good program the system(in this case n64)
choose a directory to work on and click on execute: good64.exe rename button
