new superhle fontend!!!!

yup, its now official a new frontend is being developed for superhle that should hopefully be able to replace the great, but kinda old ultrahlp. also im guessing it should mean winxp users can use their joypads now as ultrahlp doesnt work with winxp. also the frontend will allow u to easily to choose wrappers and edit the .ini .

the news will probably be on ngemu.com, but i saw it first on www.emulation64.com
