Problems with N64 emulation

Since Project64 doesn't run on my computer because I've changed my video card, I've switched to 1964. I've been playing 'Super Mario 64', '1080° Snowboarding' and 'Mega Man 64' for quite a while, and have tried to run 'Pokemon Colloseum'. I've attempted to run three versions of that ROM, (U) (!), (U) (f1) and (U) (v1.1), yet none of them worked properly. So I've just decided to throw it to hell and go to play 'Super Mario 64'. But then I've met a weird glitch, the health bar was empty, while Mario was still alive. Well, Mario still could die, but it was still empty. I've decided to renew the ROM another time (by the way, the version was (E) (!), if that matters), and went to sleep. Then, I've woke up, tried to run 'Mega Man 64' but it only showed the 'Licensed by NINTENDO' screen, then it was blank in the place where it was supposed to be Capcom's logo, it showed the scene with the ship and the text, I've skipped it as usual, and it showed nothing. Absolutely nothing. I've tried to reinstall 1964, run it on 1964 0.8.5 instead of 1964 0.9.9, nothing worked. I've tried to see if it's going to work normally on Daedalus, and it still had the same problem with 'Super Mario 64', while 'Mega Man 64' seemed to run fine.
Anyone has a solution to my problem?
