Jabo's 1.5 video?

Is it possible to use Jabo's D3D6 1.5 video plugin with Nemu64..when I copy it to Nemu's plugin folder and run nemu, it gives me an error saying "Error Loading Library Jabo_Direct3D6.dll"

The pj64 package contains a file named "msvcrt70.dll". Copy it to the folder containing the nemu executable.
