Can I use GoodN64 to turn bad ROMs into good ROMs or I can just check this out and rename...!?

As stated, GoodN64 won't "fix" your roms, just identify them. However, there is a separate tool available for fixing. Get it here. Good for those that don't want to search for [!] copies.
