SupraHLE Says XXX game runs but it doesnt

Today I downloaded Battle tanks Global Assalt but when I went to run it, it didnt do anythin. It just stayed at the game select menu. Down at the debug toolbar at the bottom only one thing happened. The thing labled cycle only went up by one everytime I clicked on "start". Does anybody know how to fix this
