Ok, i have project 64 and the gameshark codes don't work!

Any suggestions? Can someone please help me?

oh, if the codes work on 1.5, that doesn't matter because gamesaves from the previous versions don't work. I'd love to have 1.5, but just started a new game and am PRETTY far! if anyone can help me, don't post, just send

Native saves and save states in v1.4 work as well in v1.5b1. Just copy them in the v1.5b1 save folder or set v1.5b1 save folder as 1.4 save folder.

Some cheat codes require restarting the rom, otherwise there should be no problem. And if is, be more specific.
