Mario Kart 64

is there a way for finish mario kart 64 completely? (i mean some kind of method for activate the EXTRA race option or stuff like that) in ULTRAHLE or SUPRAHLE? when u finish the game u'll get the Game Over screen and it stays there until u reset the game... then all your data is lost it doens't matter if u use save games or not....
