nemu64 controller input problem

I have a logitech dual action usb controller, and i cant seem to get the c-buttons to work at all. all the other buttons work fine, but i have no idea how to get the c-buttons to work, i am trying to use the right analog for them, but no luck at all. please help!

Nemu64 is the only emu that will play Zelda OoT without the framerate dropping so its actually playable. ive tried project64, 1964 and a couple others, and i cant play zelda with them because of the low framerate it gives out. However I could get all the controls and the c-buttons working easily with them, but no point because game doesnt work with them. I am just confused with nemu64 input controls because they are completely different than all others, but like i said earlier i can get everything to wokr except for the c-buttons
