GBA save site or Gameshark save to GBA save converter?

I know there was a site with tons of gba save downloads, but I don't remember what it was.
Also, the saves that gamefaqs offers are .xps files, and only for the gameshark, is there a way to convert them?

here's some mmbn5tc saves. is .sav ok? i assume you have either the uk or europian version. Choose either e ou depending on your game version and rename the save to the same name as the game .sav.

us

actually, i have the us version of colonel. i have a gba/ds action replay max, but the saves i found on gamefaqs arent compat with it. wrong format. it supports dts files, or uncompressed saves called duc. isnt sav formats for the vba (gba emulator)? i have the program for an older gba AR, which the saves are compat for, but i cant use them still. all i need is to somehow convert the saves i found into dts format, or find saves compat with the gba/ds ARmax. i dont have the files with me, but theyre under colonels section in gamefaqs.com im not sure if i stated, but i need to be at least back in the darkchip factory, preferably in the last darkchip comp. chips, zenny, and navicust programs arent an issue. thanks for your advice though. ill look into it.

by uk i meant us, but that doesn't matter. i couldn't find any duc or dts saves on the internet or any converters. I reccommend getting a gameshark device as it is much easier to find saves for. That' all i can say.
sav format is for the vba, i suspeced that was what you wanted as this is the 'emu' forum. Isn't there a device to convert vba saves to an actual gba?
