With great classics on the GBA, Super Mario, Zelda, and Donkey Country on the way, the GBA is what is going to save nintendo if they use it right. Gamecube is a great system, but a great system is nothing without great titles, Gamecube does have a few like Super Smash Brothers Melee and Metroid Prime, havent tried the new zelda but im not a big fan of cell shaded graphics. Super Nintendo was nintendo's best system, its amazing with all the technology we have today that some of the greatest games are on old consoles. The GBA is now nintendo's portable SNES, they need to release more great classics like Super Metroid, Megaman 7 and X series, Star Fox, Super Mario RPG, and Final Fantasy III on it, or get things together on there next console.

Well right now there are a number of companies working on silicon fo low power systems so this is really not something nintendo is going to do. Fact is cell phones and PDA's are more likely to have this before nintendo will (higher cost margins on the and larger over all price for product).

yeah, there were big debates (still are to a lesser extent) on which console system/company would be the first to fall. GC for its lack of titles and online play, XBOX for its lack of great new titles and its glorified PC status, but things seem to keep all 3 of em in business, despite PS2's commanding lead on the other 2. Nintendo certainly has GBA to keep its profits up for the meantime.
