Question GB to GBA

Hi folks!

I got a Flash 2 Advance 64M Card which does not support any .gb Roms. Is there a way to emulate old Game Boy roms? Or is there any tool to convert .gb to .gba?`

thx!

VBA supports both GB and GBA roms.

Buying games is not the problem!
I just want to be able to switch between GB-games just as easy as with GBA-Games...

so, there is no way to convert? and if not, why? is it too difficult??

Mind boggles. How hard is it to change a damn cartridge?

EH?? convert GB games to GBA? on what planet are you living? GB games cannot be converted to GBA games as far as i am concerned. and after all why convert them when you have a emulator which is able to run both formats????!?

Well, I suggest you emulate them instead running them on a GBA. After all, emulators come with Super Eagle mode, so the image will look alot better than on GBA....

I think what he asks is if he can run his GB games on GBA with his Flash 2 Advance 64M Card and I think it is not possible

He wants to play games on the move, no?
In which case the original cartridges are the best bet. You should only need Roms for emus.
Converting games might be difficult, as IIRC the GBA is a completely different bit of hardware, and thus has different bot code for GB/GBAgames.

yes, I think thats what he means, but I dont think the GBA was made compatible with GB games. Thats why i suggested emulation, and because the games will look better on the emu......

The GBA will run GB games, but in much the same way that the PS2 runs PSX games. It ooks at the boot code to determine how to run IIRC.

With any other Flash Card it is no problem, and I am able to upgrade my Card, but I don't want to crash it...
